Dean's message

To be the industry pioneer in the promotion and development of domestic management practice; and senior professionals who have obtained a DBA doctorate degree in the industry can use what they have learned to conduct in-depth industry analysis and research, and develop industry-academia professional research that transforms theoretical construction into practical application. Guest or part-time professors teach in academic institutions, and can publish industry-academia research results in industry professional journals or academic journals, which helps to develop new research horizons that combine industry-academia viewpoints and are different from traditional academic theories.
The purpose of the establishment of the DBA doctoral degree program of our school is to "cultivate high-level corporate talents with both management theory and practice", "improve the level of academic research in various fields of management", "promote the school to become an important case study center in southern Taiwan", "develop the overall The development goal of "Fang Elite Professional Teacher Platform" is to cultivate top-level management backbone talents for the southern industry, develop industry expert teachers with research capabilities and higher education teaching qualifications, and inject high-quality new blood into the industry teachers. It is hoped that these professionals have received professional training. , The elite talents across the industry and academia have been transformed into bridges and communication channels linking the industry and academia, comprehensively enhancing the core capabilities and international competitiveness of various industrial enterprises in the southern region, and occupying a place in the global supply chain.
